Founded in 1986, Quaternaire was built on a core belief: performance only makes sense when it is balanced, sustainable, and shared.
From the beginning, the firm has worked alongside companies to combine economic performance, employee well-being, and positive impact on the world.
This vision is also reflected in our ownership model: in 2014, eight leaders and managers acquired 100% of the company, reinforcing entrepreneurial spirit and collective responsibility. Today, 78% of eligible employees are shareholders—a choice that reflects our commitment to involve everyone in shared success.
In 2024, our corporate project ImpaQt 2030 opens a new chapter: making CSR our strategic compass to affirm a “profitable and responsible” model and a “loving” company that values its employees and attracts talent.
