Damien Sicot, Industrial Director, discusses the new industrial organisation project conducted within Aqualande as part of the “Growing together” approach adopted by the agri-food group. The aim is to deploy a strong management system to improve the performance and well-being of employees. To achieve this, the company has developed a new management standard for its team leaders, redefining their roles and missions. To get the teams on board, a collective skills improvement programme and individual support for managers have been implemented.
