Nicolas Tavernier, Chief Executive Officer, talks about the construction of a new corporate strategy for Crédit Agricole Sud Méditerranée. This process began with the formalisation of a vision for 2030 and was followed by the construction of three medium-term plans. The 2022-2024 plan, divided into 71 projects, includes an operational support around priority areas: customer service, availability, digital uses and delegation.
