Catherine Chalumeau, Deputy HR Director, discusses the “Management by Elivia” project, carried out with Quaternaire, and intended to establish a lasting managerial culture among the group’s 310 managers spread across 14 sites. This training and individual operational support program with required components and free components made it possible to harmonize the standards and practices of managers on each site, but also to help everyone be more comfortable in their management posture.
